WHAT? Ingalls Shipbuilding 80th Anniversary celebration Family Day & LHA 7 Ship Tour

WHEN? Saturday, October 20; 10 AM – 4 PM; detailed schedule of events below

WHERE? Entry point and security check is at Gate 4 and activities will be set up along the dock.

GENERAL RULES

  • All attendees must be U.S. Citizens

  • Employees must bring their HII-issued badge

  • To be admitted, you must have signed ticket or printed & signed email

  • Tickets permit entry for employee & up to 5 family members

  • All non-employee visitors must be U.S. citizens and escorted at all times by the employee family member.

  • No photography except in approved locations

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • No fire arms, weapons or alcohol allowed on company property

  • All bags & strollers will be checked.

  • Attendees must have government-issued photo ID (except children)

  • All guests must remain in approved event/tour areas

Shipbuilders volunteering or working the day of the event, October 20, may request special tickets for their family members.

SHIP TOUR RULES

  • No open-toe shoes or heels

  • No photos except in approved locations

  • Children must be at least 42 inches tall to tour ship

  • No wheel chairs or strollers

  • No dresses or skirts

  • No food on ship

CAUTION: Due to steep inclines & Declines, ship tour is not recommended if you have:

  • Knee or hip problems

  • Heart or lung conditions

  • Physical conditions that limit mobility
