Ingalls Shipbuilding's First 5K Run Raises $6,500 for Special Olympics

More than 400 runners participated in the first "5K Run on the Causeway" hosted by Ingalls Shipbuilding on October 27 . Registered runners and participating sponsors raised more than $6,500 for Special Olympics.

Race start: Healthwaves Wellness Center, 75 Wisconsin Loop, Pascagoula, MS | Course map
Date: October 27, 2012
Race times: 5K starts at 9:00 a.m. and the Fun Run starts at 10:30 a.m.

• $15 early registration by Oct. 15, 2012
• $20 late registration and race day
• No-shirt option - $5 discount on above pricing
• Kids under 12 - $7 Fun Run and 5K
